Welcome to XP Lab (“we”, “our”, “us”). By using our website https://xp-lab.com/ (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.
1. Overview
XP Lab is a learning and practice platform for data-analytics professionals. It provides assignments, feedback, and other educational resources to help users develop their skills.
These Terms govern your access to and use of the Service. By creating an account or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Agreement”).

You are responsible for all activity under your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use.

All content on XP Lab — including text, data, graphics, software, assignments, and logos — is owned by XP Lab or its licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws.
You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g., your written solutions or uploaded files), but by submitting it, you grant XP Lab a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and improve that content for the purpose of providing and enhancing the Service (including anonymised data for analytics and research).
You may not reuse, redistribute, or modify any content from the platform except for your personal educational use.
6. Payments and Subscriptions
Some features of XP Lab are available only via paid subscription plans.
- Fees and billing cycles are listed on the pricing page or within your account.
- Payments are processed through third-party providers; XP Lab does not store payment information.
- Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each term unless cancelled before renewal.
You can cancel at any time from your account settings. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless required by law.
7. Feedback and User Content
You may submit ideas, suggestions, or feedback about XP Lab. By doing so, you agree that XP Lab may use them without restriction or compensation to you.
You are responsible for ensuring that any content you submit does not infringe third-party rights or contain confidential information that you are not authorised to share.
8. Service Availability and Modifications
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any interruption or loss of data resulting from such actions.
We may also update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll notify you (for example, via email or on-site notice). Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
XP Lab makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, about:
- The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content.
- The suitability of the Service for any particular purpose.
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Use of the Service is at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- XP Lab, its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service.
- Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these may not apply to you.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless XP Lab, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses ( including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. Sections 5, 7, 9, 10, and 11 survive termination.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Tel Aviv, Israel
